Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to users.
User data is stored through Shopify's data storage. User data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments
If the user chooses a direct payment gateway to complete their purchase, then Shopify stores their credit card data.
This information is stored encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it has been completed, the information of the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
