How can I buy online?

Orders can be placed on our website arcatart.com. You must be at least 18 years old and provide a shipping and billing address.
When you finish selecting the products, click on "Shopping bag" to make the purchase. The price and the option to edit your order will be displayed. When you are satisfied with your order, you can proceed to enter your data and shipping address. Then you provided this information shows the cost of shipping.
When you have made the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an additional purchase confirmation email and to inform you that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link so you can know where it is.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are available?

The payment method available to make purchases is via PayPal and Bank Transfers only requires a few steps:

  1. 1. Select PayPal or Bank Transfers as the payment method when completing the purchase.
  2. 2. This will redirect you to the PayPal or Bank website to continue with the payment.
  3. 3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you must log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are not yet a PayPal user, you must create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
  4. 4. You will return to Arcatart.com where your order and payment will have been completed correctly.

How to obtain proof of purchase?

The proof of purchase can be obtained once the payment is completed. There will be an option to download the voucher in the PayPal payment platform.

Shipments and deliveries

What is the approximate delivery time of the shipment?

For America and Europe, the approximate delivery time for standard shipping is 2-6 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we start preparing your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link so you can follow it online.

Can I modify the delivery details or cancel an order once it has been placed?

What do I do if a product is defective?

If you receive a defective product, the procedure to request the change of the garment is by contacting the customer service team at the email address info@arcatart.com, and sending us an image of the defect in the item.

What is the return policy?

You can make returns to ArcatArt free of charge for any product that is defective for a period of 20 days from the date you received the product. To make the return or exchange of the product, you must contact the customer service team at the email address info@arcatart.com where they will then explain the steps to make the return.

What is the estimated time of the refund?

The estimated time is 14 business days.


How do I register?

You can create your profile in ArcatArt in the user section. Within your profile you will be able to see your order history and update your shipping information.

How can I change / update my data?

Once you have logged into your profile, you can edit your data using the "edit data" button.

How can I change / recover my password?

To change or recover your password, you must go to the user section (without having logged in) and click on "Forgot your password?". You will then receive an email requesting your password change or update.
